These terms and conditions of sale apply to any order you place through Spirals at www.spiralsfairtrade.co.uk (the “Website”). By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Product and service descriptions
We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products through the Website, please note that:
- orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or services or their prices as advertised on this Website;
- all prices are displayed in pounds sterling inclusive of UK VAT where appropriate;
- packaging may vary from that shown on the Website;
- the weights, dimensions and capacities shown on the Website are approximate only
- whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
- all items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available .
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
If we cannot supply you with the product you ordered, we will inform you of this and, if you have already paid for the product, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery (including delivery charges and timescales)
£2.50 for orders totalling £10 or under
£4 for orders up to £40
Spend £40 or more and UK delivery is free!
All Rapanui Products are shipped at a flat rate of £1.99*
For Europe delivery charge is £7, please allow up to 8 working days for delivery. To ensure your parcel reaches you, you can pay an extra £4.95 for signed for delivery. If you do not take this option Spirals cannot be held responsibe for items that go missing in the post.
For Rest of the World delivery charge is £10 and will take up to 10 working days. To ensure your parcel reaches you, you can pay an extra £4.95 for signed for delivery. If you do not take this option Spirals cannot be held responsibe for items that go missing in the post.
*If you spend over £40 and this includes an item from Rapanui you will be charged £1.99 shipping as they ship direct to you, we will post the remaining items for free.
Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, for example, material shortages or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
Your right to cancel
If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within seven working days following your receipt of the goods. If you wish to cancel before delivery, please ring us on 01422 847462 and we will be happy to cancel the order.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your item(s) please do so within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging, along with the original dispatch advice and reason for return, indicating whether you require a refund or replacement. Upon receipt we will arrange a replacement or refund of the goods value as required. Please note items must be returned in original condition.

If there is a fault with your product or something has been broken in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, on 01422 847462, so we can resolve the problem.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.
